Athena was a record november snowstorm in bridgeport, conn. (8.3 inches), newark, N.J. (6.2 inches) and JFK Airport (4.3 inches)

Athena punctuated a post-Sandy cold snap, with morning lows into the 20s and 30s in much of the Sandy-affected area. Below is a graph of daily lows in New York's Central Park and Atlantic City, N.J.
