If you like days with bright warm sunshine, low humidity and cool nights, chances are you will like the weather into mid-September around Philadelphia.
At least two more waves of cool air will roll into the region. One will arrive Sunday and stick around into early next week. Another wave is due in late next week.
In between the cool waves, folks who like a little warmth and humidity may be satisfied as well. Good days to head to the Jersey shore and Delaware beaches, if possible include both days of this weekend and Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
The passage of a cool front Sunday may bring a stray shower. The next front may bring spotty showers and thunderstorms later Wednesday into Thursday.
The vast majority of the time will be free of rain for outdoor plans, projects and construction activities.
The weather at Washington, D.C., Monday evening for the Eagles first game of the 2013 season should be clear and comfortable with temperatures falling through the 70s.
